Chris Chiego is an Assistant Professor in International Strategy and Security at Cal
Maritime and the Director of the Maritime Strategy and Security Institute. He is the
faculty advisor for the Model United Nations Team as well as the Cybersecurity Policy
Team.
Prof. Chiego teaches a variety of courses in the International Strategy and Security
major at Cal Maritime, including required major courses in Cybersecurity, Maritime
Security, Strategy and War, and US Foreign Policy. Prof. Chiego also offers a variety
of electives, including Polar Politics, Asian Security, and Model United Nations.
